Structure of hydraulic jack

1. The hydraulic jack is composed of an oil pump, an overflow valve, a high-pressure oil cylinder and a base.

2. A one-way valve for safety protection is installed in the fuel tank. When the pressure exceeds the specified value (usually 10bar), the one-way valve will work to unload the system.

3. The high-pressure oil is delivered to the top of the working stroke through a plunger pump, and then enters a return pipe, where it is sent back to the fuel tank in reverse.

4. If the piston of the hydraulic jack moves down to the limit position, its bottom will generate a lot of thrust and jack up the entire equipment.

5. When the piston moves up to a position close to the top end, it will automatically return to its initial position and lock in the middle position.

6. In order to ensure that no liquid will leak or drip during use to damage equipment components and the ground, the seal must be well designed to achieve this.

7. In order to prevent excessive impact and noise pollution caused by accidental operation, buffers should be set up at each connection to prevent vibration.

8. In order to avoid destructive consequences due to overload, limit switches should be set at each connection to ensure that excessive impact and noise pollution will not occur during use.

9. If you want to extend the service life, there should be scale marks on each piston to check the wear at any time.

10. If you want to replace new parts or repair and maintain, you need to remove the old parts and reinstall the new parts to complete a maintenance work.
