Hydraulic punching machine using method
1. Use quick connectors to connect the oil pump and the working head.
2. Select the corresponding upper and lower dies. Install the upper die first and then the lower die. When installing the upper die, screw the positioning screw out of a certain position before installing the lower die. Be sure to put it in place, and then tighten the positioning screw to operate.
3. Put the workpiece in place, close the oil return screw of the oil pump and move the handle of the plate until the oil return screw is loosened after the work is completed. For example, when punching thin metal plates, the material return pad must be inserted into the middle of the material return tripod and the workpiece, otherwise the workpiece will be stuck on the mold.
